The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organisation and leading provider of anti-fraud training and education. Based in Austin, Texas, the ACFE was founded in 1988 by preeminent fraud expert and author, Dr. Joseph T. Wells, CFE, CPA. Dr. Wells’s insight as an accountant-turned-FBI agent led to the formation of a common body of knowledge known today as fraud examination.
The mission of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white collar crime and to assist the Membership in fraud detection and deterrence.
Belgian Risk Management Association, BELRIM’s objectives are on a national level to allow risk and insurance managers to share their experiences and to discuss opportunities.
